To ensure the utmost safety and professionalism, all our drivers undergo rigorous screening and certification processes. This includes mandatory drug and alcohol testing, enrollment in a randomized drug testing program, and comprehensive background checks processed by the Sheriff's Department, which includes DoJ and FBI background checks. Our drivers also complete the Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) with a hands-on wheelchair securement certification program through the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Additionally, we provide advanced training programs for our drivers, including Substance Awareness certification, defensive driving training, physical capability assessments, and MTS driver training. These measures reflect our unwavering commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused transportation solutions.
